Braun Paschke Narloch Law Firm

Braun Paschke Narloch Law Firm is a commercial law firm with long-standing experience in cross-border legal advice. Our lawyers and attorneys are specialized in Polish and international law (Polish business law and commercial criminal law) and our offer is open to English and German speaking companies – both medium-sized enterprises and international corporations – as well as to individuals.

Our law firm was founded in the summer of 2004 and has its seat in the capital of Poland – in Warsaw. This guarantees easy access to the most important authorities and courts in Poland, e.g. to the Supreme Court in Warsaw.

The senior partners Steffen Braun (Attorney at Law / Germany and European Lawyer / Poland) and Adam Paschke (Attorney at Law in Germany and Poland) are German lawyers and have more than twelve years of legal consulting experience in the Polish Law as well as in the Law of the European Union. Our team is completed by seven English, German and Polish speaking Polish Legal Advisers, Masters of Laws and Trainee Legal Advisers.

Our success is built on independence and high-quality legal service for each business and individual client matched to their particular needs. Our Law Firm has been recommended since it was founded by leading German and English speaking chambers of commerce and business organizations.

This confidence is expressed by the fact that Steffen Braun is a long-term personal legal counsel to the Commercial Counsellor of the Austrian Embassy in Warsaw (since 2003). Moreover, Steffen Braun was a board member of the German-Polish Lawyers‘ Association (DPJV) between May 2006 and September 2009 and the Permanent Representative of The German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses Federal (BVMW) in Warsaw between November 2008 and November 2014.

The clients appreciate our team of consultants because we are constantly active on site in Poland. Consultations and correspondence are in English and German, however, Polish is available as the language of proceedings. This feature is essential, especially in contacts with Polish authorities as well as negotiating partners of our clients, not to mention the immediate understanding of the mutual legal sources.

In 2016 Marcin Narloch (Legal Advisor/Radca Prawny) joined our team of partners of our law firm. His main focus of legal advice is on consultation of English and German speaking clients with business activities in the Polish market.
